Biography

In 2016, after an eighteen year faith journey of wrestling in prayer and extensive reading – especially of the early Church fathers – I left my Protestant roots and entered the Catholic Church, where I have found my spiritual home. No one is more surprised than I am about this homecoming!

Since coming into the Church, I have had the opportunity and great privilege of presenting a number of Bible studies, talks and retreats at local parishes in Rhode Island, and at the LaSalette Retreat Center in Attleboro, Massachusetts.

I have a great love of the Bible, and a particular fondness for understanding the Old Testament roots of the Catholic Christian faith.  I love exploring and sharing with others the profound, yet practical ways that Scripture can be applied to the daily living out of our Christian faith.  And I especially enjoy incorporating a sound psychological perspective derived from my thirty plus years of clinical experience as a therapist in a Christian counseling center.

Married for 48 years, mother of two adult children and grandmother to three, I am passionate about helping others find their place in the Heart of God and live their lives more fully as beloved children in His loving family.

I pray that you will be blessed and encouraged by something you read here!
