“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.”. (Romans 15:13)
Hope is the confident expectation of the fulfillment of God’s promises and the saving work of Jesus to bring us to our true Home.
Our hope is anchored in a Person who is alive forevermore. United to him and depending upon his power and his strength to accomplish this, we can live daily in joy and in peace, for our Hope will never fail nor disappoint us!

Well said, Chris! Our hope is not like the world defines it as “wishful thinking.” Our hope is solidly placed in a person, Jesus Christ. Moreover, this hope is not solely confined to this world but because of His resurrection our hope is eternal!
